The UGLY Bartender Day, charity for Leaukemia, some 90 bowlers in attendence, teams from the Ensign, Armstrong Glan enjoyed the day, at the close off play over $1000.00 was raised, then an auction took place for an Ugly Bartender tea shirt,it went off at $500.00, making the club raising $1500.00

Some 50 people with disabilities plus their careers attended the Get on The Green Get Fit Day for People with disabilities at the Benalla Bowls Cub, a great day was had by all,well run by members of the club, also inattendence the CEO from Sports VALLEY, students from FCJ who cooked the BBQ

Saturday 23rd Sept, 56 bowlers travelled up to Tocumwal, to play the Tocumwal Bowls Club in the annual Ben/Toc Shield, this tournament was devised by Benalla Club Secretary Graham Moore who was President of Tocumwal before coming to Benalla. This has been going now for 5 years, with Benalla winning all five, the result this time was Benalla 192, Tocumwal 147. A great day was had by all
